Responsibilities :Promote Astellas' women's health product to healthcare professionals, including obstetrician and gynecologists, primary care physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners and pharmacists, through effective sales presentations and medical education activities.Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve sales targets and objectives, leveraging market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.Utilize business acumen to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, applying brand strategies and tactics accordingly to maximize sales success.Conduct comprehensive customer profiling to identify key influencers and decision-makers within target accounts, tailoring sales messages and solutions to address their specific needs and preferences.Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access teams, to support product launch activity.Successfully leverage omnichannel to engage with healthcare professionals through a variety of communication channels, including in-person visits, virtual meetings, email, conferences, medical education activities etc.Demonstrate recent launch experience by successfully introducing new products to the market, driving awareness, adoption, and market penetration within a competitive landscape.Navigate and succeed in a complex reimbursement environment by understanding payer dynamics and patient access programs. Identify unmet educational needs of health care professionals and delivers non-promotional learning programs aligned with APCA approved education strategies to facilitate exchange of information on related scientific and clinical issues. Organize and conduct learning activity events adhering to Astellas Learning SOP and IMC Code of ethical practices. Exhibit leadership, accountability and internal motivation to achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets.Demonstrate consistent strong teamwork and winning attitude and positive approach.Accurately report/submit sales call activities, territory expenses and written reports and within deadline as defined by Astellas or the Regional Sales Manager.Attend all company-sponsored sales and medical meetings as directed by company management. This includes national and international conferences as directed by regional sales manager.Ensure territory sales strategy execution using annual territory business plan, regional business plan, and call activity reports.Responsible for personal compliance and helping embed a compliance culture within the affiliate.Additional duties as needed.

Quantitative Dimensions:

Accountable for driving sales vs target for their territory, arriving at sales operating budget targets for their territory and executing on all sales execution metrics and territorial KPIs established for the brand.

Le ou la titulaire du poste sera responsable de stimuler la croissance des ventes et la prise de nouvelles parts de marché dans le territoire désigné, tout en incarnant les valeurs clés de la culture de notre entreprise : la compétitivité, l’ambition et la responsabilisation.

Le ou la titulaire du poste devra veiller au respect des prévisions de vente annuelles et assurer une croissance durable de la rentabilité par la mise en œuvre de la stratégie d’Astellas, en utilisant les outils de vente et de marketing approuvés et en gérant les budgets et les ressources appropriés.

Le ou la spécialiste du domaine thérapeutique possède des connaissances scientifiques solides, un sens clinique aigu et une parfaite maîtrise des produits d’Astellas et de la concurrence.Ces connaissances sont essentielles pour l’échange de savoirs avec de nombreuses spécialités cliniques dans le domaine thérapeutique concerné en ce qui concerne les essais cliniques, l’état de la maladie, la sélection et l’identification des patients, la structure de la pratique, les itinéraires de soins cliniques et les modèles de soins intégrés afin d’améliorer les résultats pour les patients.

Principales responsabilités du poste:

À l’aide d’argumentaires et d’activités de formation en médecine efficaces, faire la promotion des produits de santé d’Astellas destinés aux femmes auprès des professionnels de la santé, y compris les obstétriciens et gynécologues, les médecins de premier recours, le personnel infirmier, les IP et les pharmaciens.Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans stratégiques pour le territoire afin d’atteindre les cibles et les objectifs en matière de ventes, en utilisant les connaissances du marché, la veille à la concurrence et la segmentation de la clientèle pour repérer des possibilités de croissance et de percée sur de nouveaux marchés.Utiliser un sens aigu des affaires pour analyser les tendances du marché, les activités des concurrents et les besoins de la clientèle et mettre en application des stratégies de marque en conséquence de manière à optimiser le succès des ventes.Créer des profils exhaustifs des clients de manière à repérer les personnes influentes et les décideurs clés au sein des comptes cibles, et adapter les arguments et les solutions de vente en fonction des besoins et des préférences de ces personnes.Renforcer la coopération avec les parties prenantes internes, dont les équipes responsables du marketing, des affaires médicales et de l’accès au marché, de manière à appuyer les activités de lancement de produits.Tirer parti de la stratégie omnicanal en utilisant une variété de voies de communication, dont les rencontres en personne, les réunions virtuelles, les courriels, les conférences, les activités de formation dans le domaine médical, etc., pour rejoindre les professionnels de la santé.Mettre à profit une expérience récente en matière de lancement de produits en introduisant avec succès de nouveaux produits sur le marché, en favorisant la sensibilisation, l’acceptation et la percée sur le marché dans un environnement concurrentiel.Gérer adroitement un environnement de remboursement complexe en maîtrisant les relations des payeurs et les programmes d’accès aux patients.Cerner les besoins de formation non satisfaits des professionnels de la santé et proposer des programmes d’apprentissage non promotionnels conformes aux stratégies de formation approuvées par l’APCA afin de faciliter l’échange d’information sur les questions scientifiques et cliniques connexes. Organiser et mener des activités d’apprentissage en respectant les procédures d’exploitation d’Astellas reliées à l’apprentissage et le Code d’éthique de Médicaments novateurs Canada (MNC). Faire preuve de leadership, de responsabilité et de capacité à motiver les membres de l’équipe interne dans le but d’atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs de vente individuels et collectifs.Faire preuve d’un esprit d’équipe solide, arborer une attitude gagnante et adopter une approche positive. Déclarer/soumettre en toute exactitude les résultats des appels de prospection, les dépenses pour le territoire et les autres rapports écrits, en respectant les délais définis par Astellas ou le responsable régional des ventes.Assister à toutes les réunions liées aux ventes et à la médecine commanditées par la société, y compris les conférences nationales et internationales, selon les instructions des gestionnaires, dont le responsable régional des ventes. Veiller à la bonne exécution de la stratégie de ventes du territoire à l’aide du plan d’affaires annuel du territoire, du plan d’affaires régional et des rapports sur les activités de prospection.Veiller à la conformité de ses propres activités et contribuer à la création d’une culture de conformité au sein de la société affiliée.Effectuer d’autres tâches au besoin.

Au sein de son territoire, le ou la titulaire sera responsable d’atteindre les cibles pertinentes en matière de ventes tout en respectant les objectifs relatifs au budget d’exploitation associé aux ventes, de même que les normes d’exécution relatives aux ventes et les indicateurs de rendement clés.

University degree required. Minimum of 3 years experience in sales experience in the pharmaceutical/health care industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively communicate scientific information is imperative.Established business acumen and budget management.Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management databases (Veeva).Must be willing to travel approximately 30%.Bilingualism (English/French) is mandatory in the Quebec region. (The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French, as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues and/or stakeholders during their employment)
