Your role

As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering excellence, ensuring your projects not only meet but exceed client expectations. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of programs, balancing technical, commercial, and financial success while working closely with clients to deliver strategic solutions. Your ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously will be key in driving these programs to success, from identifying and addressing gaps to controlling costs and ensuring clear, effective communication.

By collaborating with local community leaders, you'll help deliver world-class facilities that improve the quality of life in communities across Canada, providing access to essential services like housing, roads, bridges, and healthcare. Responsibilities

Champion and personify our values and culture Develop strong client relationships and act as the client’s single point of contact throughout the project to achieve the client’s goals and objectives Lead clients through the set-up, initiation, execution, monitoring and reporting of their projects You have experience leading a diverse team in the successful delivery of a program of capital project construction  You are seen as a valued and trusted team member and a subject matter expertise in contract management Your clients trust you and rely on your knowledge, skills, and expertise to achieve their business goals and objectives Serve as Account Manager to develop and enhance key strategic accounts within your sector Provide leadership and mentorship of junior project resources

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, representing owners to multiple stakeholders in the delivery of projects of varying size and scope  Experience in public sector projects is favorable  A bachelors degree, or higher degree, or technical diploma in engineering, architecture, planning, project management, or construction management (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience) Strong knowledge of various types of construction methodologies, project management models and financial management Effective leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of client, project and technical issues Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications
