**IT Project Manager**

**Mandatory Skills**:

- The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following: University graduation in business, management or related discipline, and four years of Project Management (PM) experience; OR two-year diploma in business, management or related discipline and six years of PM experience; OR one year certificate in business, management or related discipline and seven years of PM experience; OR eight years of PM experience
- Experience identifying, analyzing and managing project risks on large, complex projects.
- Experience with implementing cloud based projects and services with large scale cloud providers
- Experience with Microsoft 365 implementation projects including multiple Office 365 products and requirements.
- Experience with Healthcare.
- Experience in developing project schedule plans and strategies, estimate resource requirements, develop and monitor work plans for completion of project tasks.

**Desired Skills**:

- Ability to learn quickly, problem solve/troubleshoot, work independently and in a team.
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, management and vendors.
- Ability to manage stress and conflict.
- Experience developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization. (eg. Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee, Branch Managers, End Users)
- Experience with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning.
- Experience in understanding the impact of policies, processes and procedures on performance.
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
- Need PMP Certification
- Experience leading large enterprise-scale projects and programs.
- Experience using MS Office 2010 products or higher versions.
- Experience conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple alternatives
- Experience successfully implementing IT solutions in an environment with project resources from across multiple teams or organizations.
- Experience leading an organization through a large scale technology change impacting all levels of the organization.
- Experience with process improvement, documentation and requirement gathering
- Experience working in or for the public sector.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $65.00-$75.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
