As a Content Specialist, you’ll play a key role in crafting engaging, informative, and SEO-optimized content that drives traffic and enhances our brand presence. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create a variety of content types that resonate with our target audience and align with our business objectives.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for blogs, website pages, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Video and audio editing skills are a bonus. SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and improve search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research and integrate keywords strategically. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content strategies that support business goals and target audience needs. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to ensure content relevance and innovation. Editorial Calendar: Manage and maintain the editorial calendar to ensure timely publication of content across various channels. Analytics and Reporting: Track content performance using analytics tools, evaluate metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, marketers, and product teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand voice and message. Content Management: Oversee content updates and maintenance on the websites and other digital platforms.

Qualifications:

Education: College or university degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related role. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus. Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for in SEO techniques and best with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Strong organizational and project management to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced thinking and problem-solving abilities.
