Together, we do what matters.2+ years of management consulting experience at a reputable company, with direct client experience.Must have a degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.Understanding of design thinking approaches with user-centricity in mind.A rich understanding of service design to bring experiences, processes, and technology together.Strong analytical and research skills to derive insights that inform strategies.Demonstrable skills in analyzing and understanding a variety of problems experienced by medium to large-scale organizations from strategy to implementation.The ability to evolve, conceptualize, and communicate new ideas using strong storytelling techniques, and create compelling content for playback.A track record of supporting project work and deliverables through coordination, focus on outcomes, clear communication, and empathy for people from different backgrounds.A knack for explaining complex technologies, frameworks, and concepts in non-technical language.Insatiable curiosity for digital transformation at the leading edge and the potential it has.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft enterprise products and platforms is a bonus.Characteristics that can spell success for this role: Consultative, collaborative, relationship builderResilient, adaptable, flexibleIntellectually curious and passionate about techStoryteller and engaging content creator Set the strategic direction with our clients to realize their business objectives through data and technology.Define strategies to accelerate value realization from digital platforms and services, supported by proven design techniques.Design end-to-end system capabilities mapped to business roles and functions to create fit-for-business solutions.
