Job Summary

Responsible to assist with day-to-day duties for continuous improvement initiatives, projects and training across the organization supported by the Lean Program and Project Management Support Office. May support the development and implementation of policies and programs and may assist in the preparation of informative materials for use by internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible to assist supervisor/ manager with day-to-day duties. 
  • May perform analysis work to identify trends and provide continuous improvement in area of work and conduct research on relevant issues using a variety of research methodologies and consolidate information.  
  • May support the development and implementation of standard work and programs, and may assist in the preparation of informative materials for use by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsibilities include:
    • Development of virtual training/communications materials
    • Program coordination and admin support
    • Website maintenance and updates
    • Review basic intake and record submissions
    • Drafting documents and presentations
    • Reporting/Tracking, compile data
    • Data entry, admin duties, research, filing
Skills and Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled at University in a job-related program.
  • Experience in digital media content creation and integration
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Light lifting of supplies. Exposure to computer screens.
  • Primarily office environment

Hourly Rate/Salary: 19.22 - 22.84
Hours of Work: 35 
Work Location: Civic Centre
