To prepare, wrap, price and stock product as assigned and to maintain and display all types of bakery products according to standards. To be responsible for ensuring that the department produces high quality product. To provide proper maintenance of equipment, monitor case temperatures, clean equipment regularly and to become familiar with and adhere to all sanitation and personal hygiene policies of the Co-operative and Government legislation as is applies to each individual department. To be responsible for the maintenance of adequate inventory levels, and stock control procedures. To operate and maintain equipment in a safe and responsible manner. To be familiar with and adhere to the Delta Co-op policies and procedures.
