There's a difference As an Agile Coach in the Agile and Lean Support Department, you serve as an Agile mode specialist and resource person. You design and implement skill development and process improvement activities falling under the Agile mode. You ensure the application of best practices and consistency with the overall objective of projects involving a number of teams working in Agile mode. You promote and consistently facilitate the adoption of Agility within the teams and the organization. You also work with the various technology and business team managers to help them assimilate, deploy and implement Agility principles. You may be called upon to coach unit and other sector professionals who work on routine Agile projects. Join our team We have an opportunity for you to grow in a high-calibre community of practice More specifically, you will be required to :

Assist teams in implementing Agile development approaches. Meet with various stakeholders to help them assimilate, deploy and implement Agility principles. Ensure that you fully understand the stakeholders’ fears, challenges and resistance, and provide them with the necessary support.

Develop and implement skill development and process improvement activities falling under the Agile mode.

Ensure the application of best practices as well as consistency with the overall objective of very large-scale projects involving a number of teams working in Agile mode.

Coach the professionals in your unit and those in other sectors. Identify training needs and issue recommendations.

Carry out a diagnostic of a client’s initial environment, make recommendations and ensure coaching at the beginning of or during the recovery phase of Agile projects to effectively meet the client's business needs.

Follow the organization's development and propose solutions adapted to the level of Agile maturity.

Maintain an overview of the clients’ current and future context to seize improvement opportunities.

Ensure the efficient use of Agility practices, procedures, methodologies and tools.

Participate in various project committees to train their members and support them in their development. Coach the professionals in your unit and those in other sectors. Identify training needs and issue recommendations. Maintain a business relationship with the delivery office stakeholders to fully understand their respective needs for expertise.

Keep abreast of Agile development practices and disseminate them when appropriate to ensure the development of best practices within the organization.

What you bring to the table

Bachelor's degree

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

Certifications: PMI-ACP, Disciplined Agile CDAP or SAFe SPC, or have fulfilled all eligibility criteria of the certification, in terms of both knowledge and experience

Knowledge of French is required

Proficiency in delivery methods, approaches and techniques—both Agile and traditional (Agile approach,
