Notre client, une organisation du domaine bancaire est à la recherche d’un ScrumMaster/Coach Agile.
**Description du poste**:
Votre rôle consiste à effectuer la supervision fonctionnelle et la coordination des contributeurs impliqués dans la livraison de l’axe applicatif et technologique d’un ou de plusieurs projets d’envergure et novateurs, dans le respect de l’échéancier et du budget prévus. Vous assurez en outre le déploiement et la standardisation des pratiques Agile de la direction et des grands programmes sur lesquels la direction est engagée. Vous planifiez, hiérarchisez et coordonnez le travail afin de tenir les engagements pris en phase avec les objectifs à atteindre. Vous assurez la qualité des livrables, la performance et la mobilisation de l’équipe de contributeurs. La nature des dossiers et projets exige des connaissances étendues et approfondies dans votre domaine de spécialité.
Les projets sous votre responsabilité sont de nature stratégique et comportent une complexité opérationnelle et conceptuelle élevée nécessitant une analyse et une compréhension globale et détaillée du domaine d’affaires et de l’organisation. Les arrimages sont nombreux et vous êtes appelés à interagir avec un grand nombre de parties prenantes œuvrant dans des domaines d’expertise variés. La maîtrise des relations interpersonnelles devient alors une compétence essentielle.
Vous agissez à titre de spécialiste et exercez un rôle de leadership auprès des instances décisionnelles et des équipes de travail.
**Rôle et responsabilités**:
Réaliser la planification des livrables de l’axe applicatif et technologique ainsi que l’estimation des coûts du projet en tenant compte des enjeux, de la complexité, des intervenants et des arrimages avec les autres projets.
Effectuer la supervision fonctionnelle et la coordination des contributeurs impliqués dans la livraison de l’axe applicatif et technologique. Assurer la performance de l’équipe, le contrôle de la qualité du travail, l’identification des normes, des méthodes et des procédures à appliquer dans le cadre du projet.
Conseiller et accompagner votre clientèle et vos partenaires dans le positionnement, la planification, le développement, la réalisation et les suivis relatifs à divers projets et mandats stratégiques sous votre responsabilité
Voir au développement et à l’évolution de politiques, de normes, de modèles, de solutions technologiques et de programmes en soutien aux projets et aux mandats stratégiques de votre unité
Coordonner l’ensemble des livrables de l’axe applicatif et technologique dans le respect des ententes convenues, des coûts et des échéanciers et assurer la performance et la cohérence avec les orientations établies.
Élaborer l’analyse des risques, les impacts et les stratégies afférentes afin de gérer le niveau de risque de l’axe applicatif et technologique
Gérer, en collaboration avec le chef de projet, les changements demandés, l’expérimentation des solutions et la stratégie d’implantation relevant de l’axe applicatif et technologique. Assurer la disponibilité de la couche applicative des plateformes d’infrastructure.
**Expertises recherchées**:
Baccalauréat dans une discipline appropriée
Minimum de six ans d’expérience pertinente
Expérience en coordination/livraison d’initiative TI
Maîtrise de plusieurs méthodes agiles (Scrum, Kanban, Safe )
Maîtrise des éléments du DevOps
Maitrise de différentes méthodes de coaching et d’accompagnement à la transformation
Maitrise d’infonuagique et de la migration des systèmes traditionnels vers l’infonuagique
Certification Agile (un atout)
Connaissance de la suite ITSM ServiceNow ou produits équivalents (un atout)
Connaissance des processus de gestion des services ITIL (un atout)
