TheProject Services Coordinator will:
  • Assistthe PRoject Services and BIM/VDC team in providing support servicesfor various established BIM/VDC tools(models/schedules/estimates/documents);
  • Conductresearch on innovative products and performtesting;
  • Implementinitiate and monitor BIM/VDC tools on constructionsites;
  • Structureand address project data at tender operations and claimphases;
  • Assistwith quantitytakeoffs;
  • Coordinatormodels oversee the coordination process ensure model capabilitymodel types and modelinteroperability;
  • Implementand administrate common data environmentplatforms;
  • Teachand audit to ensure compliance with standards and managementplans;
  • Distributetasks as required to members and specialists within the ProjectServicesTeam;
  • Providetraining support and service related to the coordination of data onthe collaboration platforms and othertools;
  • Optimizemonitoring tools for departmentmanagement;
  • Otherduties asassigned.




Requirements
  • Degreein Civil Engineering or equivalent;
  • Experiencein site operations submissions and projectcompletion;
  • Understandingof construction workflows in the civilfield;
  • Knowledgeof BIM/VDCprocesses;
  • Masteryof the ACC platform isrequired;
  • Interestininnovation;
  • Basicmodeling softwareproficiency;
  • Programingskills (PowerBI PowerQuery) considered anasset;
  • Knowledgeof Microsoft OfficeSuite;
  • BilingualWritten and oral fluency in French andEnglish.
