Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the Assistant Manager Service Desk, you’llbe responsible for:

Assist in dispatching of tickets and support end users over the phone. Assisting technicians with resolving basic incidents and requests based on skill set. Onboarding/offboarding of employees. Create documentation where required. Contacting vendor support for servicing and warranty issues of devices and printers. Where necessary, will set up physical workstations and ensure functionality and network connectivity. Perform other duties as assigned.

Currently enrolled in a Technology course at a post-secondary educational institute. General knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Time management and organizational skills. A+ Certification or working towards completion is considered an asset.

Additional Information

Working Conditions:

General office environment. May be required to work overtime. May be required to travel to other sites to perform tasks. FT onsite required. Physical labour, such as lifting.
