What you’ll do:

The Front-End Supervisor is responsible for overseeing service levels within the Food Store, including adherence to asset protection, safe working conditions, Co-op brand/image standards, and product regulatory requirements. 

Ensures prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service is provided at all times.  Investigates escalated issues and ensures all customer complaints, adjustments, and returns are handled in a quick and efficient manner. Oversee the front-end merchandising areas, opening and closing out of registers, and reconciling tills following established procedures.

Who you are: 

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

Post-secondary education in related field or equivalent experience is an asset You have Minimum 1 year of experience in retail and/or customer service, with supervisory and grocery experience preferred You have strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills  You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
