Wat ga jij doen in deze functie?

Het Business Intelligence team van KPMG helpt klanten met het halen van waarde uit data, dit vereist een end-to-end aanpak van het ontwikkelen van een data-strategie tot het implementeren van een data platform. Denk aan vraagstukken zoals: hoe implementeren we deze data-architectuur; wat is de data-volwassenheid van deze organisatie; welke cloud-transformatie tool past het beste bij het data platform van deze organisatie; welke KPI's zijn benodigd en hoe bepaal je deze. Naast de klantenprojecten blijven we bij met de nieuwste (cloud) technologieën door trainingen te volgen, partnership-events bij te wonen en de nieuwe tools uitproberen door middel van R&D-projecten.

Vanaf dag één word je ingezet op klantprojecten en draag je met je collega's bij aan het verbeteren van organisaties. Je werkt samen met onze collega's van andere teams binnen onze Data & Analytics afdeling.

Als consultant heb je een belangrijke rol bij het uitvoeren van de projecten en heb je veel contact met zowel je teamleden als met je klant. Het team besteedt veel aandacht aan ontwikkeling. Jij krijgt de ruimte om zowel intern als extern trainingen te volgen, zodat je ontwikkeling nooit stil staat. Hierbij is ons uitgangspunt dat jij jezelf ontwikkelt op de thema's die jou aanspreken. Met of zonder technische focus, maar altijd met een positief kritische blik en een luisterend oor.
