We are looking for a Entry Level Personal Insurance Adviser to join Brokerlink in one of our offices in our Central Ontario region (Uxbridge, Owen Sound, Parry Sound, Huntsville, Newcastle). On a Permanent FT Basis.
Please Note: This position is starting from August 2024.
No insurance experience is necessary for this role. We provide and pay for all training to become a licensed insurance broker. Once you’re done training, you’ll be on your way to helping people protect what’s most important to them.
What the Role Entails:
As someone with natural sales instincts, you’ll be able to put customers at ease, and find them the best insurance products available at a price that’s fair. Specifically, you will: Help customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs Keep current on underwriting rules and workflow processes Ensure customer satisfaction and offer advice that helps them make informed decisions Create a trusting environment that fosters the sale of our products and customer retention Test new sales strategies, techniques and processes while providing feedback Actively engage in training and professional developmentThe Successful candidate will have:
