Description

What you’ll do:

Work alongside support engineers and service technicians Manage safety initiatives, customer site technical sales & service personnel, treatment program performance monitoring/documentation, and overall customer meetings & communication of business expectations & results. Maintain and build business/customer relationships. Meet sales, gross profit, product mix/profitability while returning value and savings to the customer. Work closely with District Manager to continually assess personnel and develop sales team plan through PDR process.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree). Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree 3+ years of industry experience (pulp and paper or chemical industry preferred) Strong relationship management skills Experience learning new concepts and/or technology and applying them Computer Savviness Strong sales skills Customer focused  Drive for results; proactively addresses complex issues  Strong Problem solving and Communication skills
