Vous exercerez un rôle de partenaire d’affaires auprès des gestionnaires, dans l’application des conventions collectives de travail du personnel syndiqué et dans l’anticipation des enjeux liés à l’ensemble des volets de la gestion des ressources humaines et de la gestion du changement.

Vous favoriserez et valoriserez les communications entre les intervenants et la création de partenariats internes en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les centres d’expertise RH.

Votre aisance à accompagner vos clients à différents niveaux de fonctions organisationnelles (opérationnel, décisionnel et/ou stratégique) et votre versatilité, jumelées à votre solide expérience en gestion des ressources humaines, seront des facteurs essentiels à votre succès

Vous vous réalisez dans les tâches et fonctions suivantes :

Exercer un rôle-conseil auprès des gestionnaires afin d'assurer l'application uniforme et cohérente des politiques, programmes, projets et processus RH, dans l’objectif de faciliter l’atteinte des objectifs d’affaires

Veiller à l’application et l’interprétation des différentes conventions collectives de travail et accompagner les gestionnaires dans la gestion de leurs ressources humaines

Effectuer une analyse approfondie des problématiques et enjeux, évaluer leur incidence, envisager différentes possibilités pour recommander et faciliter la mise en œuvre de solutions en accompagnent les gestionnaires sur différents volets (gestion du changement, relations de travail, etc.)

Aider les gestionnaires à naviguer dans des situations et enjeux complexes reliés à la gestion des personnes

Promouvoir, communiquer et mettre en place les initiatives RH et la culture organisationnelle tout en travaillant directement avec les acteurs clés pour assurer la qualité des fonctions et des pratiques RH

Accompagner les gestionnaires dans le maintien d'un climat de travail axé sur la culture Beneva cible

Prendre en charge et participer à divers projets spéciaux, en fournissant un appui organisationnel, et contribuer à des projets corporatifs et sectoriels

Effectuer certaines tâches administratives dans le système Workday

Participer à divers comités ou groupes de travail

Vos qualifications et vos atouts :

Baccalauréat dans une discipline pertinente.

Minimum de 7 années d’expérience en ressources humaines, en rôle conseil

Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ainsi qu'une maitrise intermédiaire-avancé de la langue anglaise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches et d'interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients et fournisseurs anglophones et afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise
