:

The role requires an individual with experience and/or knowledge of treasury and risk management functions at a financial institution. The accountabilities of the Risk Manager role include, but are not limited to: 

Providing in depth technical leadership and expertise in the oversight and challenge of non-trading market risk across the Enterprise (Retail Bank and Wholesale Bank) Keeping up-to-date on emerging issues and evolving regulatory requirements to develop and review Non-trading Market Risk policies and frameworks. Building a maintaining strong relationship with key Business Partners and represent ENTMR in various forums and committees. Key contact for valuation issues including Independent Price Verification (IPV) Providing oversight and thought leadership to key assumptions through expertise and highly specialized knowledge of analytical concepts and techniques. Leading Key liquidity initiatives including Framework/Policy reviews, second line NTMR measurement oversight, NTMR related assumption reviews, and of NTMR stress testing framework Understanding the requirements of the new Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) standards and their implication to the Bank Proactively build awareness of key risk issues by educating business leaders and providing training to the team Understand and comply with TD policies, regulatory, and compliance requirements

The ability to lead a team of subject matter experts and to build relationships with business partners and stakeholders and help support enterprise objectives. Advanced verbal and written communication skills, inclusive of the ability to communicate effectively for senior executive consumption. Knowledge of treasury functions and capital markets  The ability to inspire a positive work environment and champion quality, innovation, and teamwork. Commitment to on-going learning Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems
