JOB DESCRIPTION

AAA Canada is looking for a proactive Testing and maintenance to join our team.

Responsibilities

Hardware and software testing review software and internal logic to confirm there are proper failsafe(s) in place which prevents locking of axles, wheels, motors while in motion Testing must validate that there are no additional scenarios that may lead the “auto park safety” feature to engage while the vehicle is in motion. Test the hardware root cause as follows Test root cause at hardware level through Electronic component failure analysis Functionality testing Voltage testing Resistance testing Both voltage and resistance testing will need to be conducted to firmly conclude that arcing on the fusebox; by the means, of corrosion, water intrusion, loose connections, or others, directly causes a loss of power within the vehicle, leading to a potential lock up wheels, axles, motors through the “auto park safety” engagement. -Solution testing must validate at a hardware level, that the “auto park safety” feature will not engage due to any arcing found within the circuit. -Solution testing must also validate hardware redundancy in case a software failure occurs

Required experience

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
