Reportingto theCEO
Buildthe sales playbook and enhance the GTMstrategy
Leadmanage and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve andexceed salestargets
Developand implement sales strategies and processes that align withcompany goals andobjectives
Monitorand yze sales performance metrics providing guidance and support toensure teamsuccess
Identifynew business opportunities and build strong relationships withpotentialclients
Collaboratewith other departments including marketing finance product andrevenueoperations
Maintaina deep understanding of industry trends competitive landscape andcustomerneeds
Conductregular performance evaluations and provide training anddevelopment opportunities for the salesteam.
Managesales forecasts budgets and reporting to seniormanagement
RequirementsMustbe willing to be onsite 5 days a week (office is DowntownToronto)
Previousexperience leading (with title) at a highgrowthstartup
Strongtrack record of meeting or exceeding salestargets
Excellentleadership coaching and team managementss
Outstandingcommunication negotiation and interpersonalss
Abilityto yze data identify trends and make datadrivendecisions
Strategicthinker with a focus on results and customersatisfaction
Proficiencyin CRM software and other salestools
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field(preferred)
