About Team and Platform
Data and Reporting platform is a cross product for client reporting and downstream applications. It provides reports i(e.g., real-time trades, positions, Initial and Variation Margin, Positions and Balances, internal reporting, downsteam data feeds, etc.) for external and internal clients. A major ongoing initiative is to modernize a scalable data and reporting platform to enhance product offerings and new business requirements.

Qualifications:
• 10-15+ years of experience in leading scalable data architecture and data pipeline developments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• 5+ years of hands-on python application experience and data pipelines for batch and streaming of large data sets
• OOPS concept
• Functional programming concepts (lambda, Map, Reduce)
• DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of scalability and performance management
• Strong relational database development experience in Oracle , SQL or NoSQL db
• Solid database development in big data platform e.g., HDFS/Spark/S3, Snowflake, Cloudera
• Experience data science/machine learning in a plus
• Experience in BI tool(e.g.. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum work environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Innovative ideas and can-do attitude

Education:
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience in computer sciences, engineering, math/statistics
