Vous êtes passionné par la décoration intérieure et vous avez un don pour la vente ? C & M Textiles est à la recherche d'un(e) conseiller(ère) en vente de produits de décoration pour se joindre à son équipe dynamique. En tant que chef de file de l'industrie, nous nous spécialisons dans les draperies, les tissus d'ameublement et les stores sur mesure, offrant des produits de haute qualité pour rehausser tout espace de vie.

Responsabilités :
- Aider les clients à choisir les produits de décoration intérieure qui répondent le mieux à leurs besoins et à leurs préférences.
- Fournir des conseils d'expert sur les draperies, les tissus d'ameublement et les stores personnalisés, y compris la sélection des tissus, les mesures et l'installation.
- Construire et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients afin de garantir leur satisfaction et de les fidéliser.
- Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente en promouvant activement les produits et en concluant des ventes.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur et de la connaissance des produits.
Qualifications :
- Expérience préalable dans la vente, de préférence dans un environnement de vente au détail.
- La connaissance des produits de décoration intérieure et des principes de l'architecture d'intérieur est un atout.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles.
- Forte orientation vers le service à la clientèle et passion pour aider les autres.
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration dans un environnement d'équipe.

In-House Full-Time Sales Consultant (32 hours)

Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (mandatory)
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting home decor products that best suit their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on drapery, upholstery, and custom blinds, including fabric selection, measurements, and installation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and closing sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of home decor products and interior design principles is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
