Quails’ Gate is looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals to fill the position of Lead Barista at our Market café. Lead baristas will work directly with our Market Manager supporting the smooth operation of the café, will coach and lead by example, as well as participate in ordering, inventory, and overseeing opening and closing procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced barista or service professional to gain leadership experience.

Requirements

Must be 19 years of age or older Serving it Right & Food Safe Level 1 1-2 years of Barista Experience WSET Level 1 an asset Cash Handling and Point of Sale experience and asset

Job Type: Seasonal (March – October 2024)

Wage:

$19.50 per hour
