We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to lead our Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) Strategy & Innovation – PepsiCo’s largest category and to champion its growth and profitability in Canada for the long term.

Responsibilities Lead the strategic planning process for CSD Portfolio (Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Business Review) ensuring it is robust and consumer validated. Lead commercialization of new innovation platforms through evaluation and financial assessment of the operational/manufacturing footprint across the different brands/businesses Wire and collaborate with the US Brand teams, Global PepsiCo and North America teams to ensure shared learning and strategic alignment for growth maximization. Support partner Keurig Doctor Pepper portfolio through operationalization of innovation and programming Collaborate strategically with cross functional teams on the marketing planning process for CSD portfolio ensuring the delivery of superior consumer centric innovation. Coach, motivate and lead 1 direct report. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in business/marketing.  Proven track record of analyzing data to inform strategic decisions. Demonstrated success in superior consumer marketing. Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence at all levels. Highly business-savvy with a keen eye for opportunities. People management experience is preferred.
