Vous mettrez à profit votre connaissance du marché régional et de l’industrie, votre expertise technique et votre vaste connaissance de nos capacités (que nous vous aiderons à acquérir) pour stimuler les ventes avec les clients existants et de nouveaux clients. Vous ferez la promotion des services et des solutions qui serviront à établir votre clientèle dans votre domaine d’expertise et, ce qui est encore mieux, vous apprendrez peut-être à élaborer de nouvelles solutions.

Responsabilités

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un représentant des ventes de services axé sur les résultats pour rechercher et recruter des clients. La personne choisie offrira des solutions complètes et pertinentes pour chaque client afin de stimuler la croissance des revenus, les niveaux de satisfaction de la clientèle et la rentabilité globale.

Principales responsabilités
 

Établir, développer et maintenir des relations commerciales et des relations clients positives. Partager ses idées géniales, apprendre de ses erreurs demander de l’aide et donner un coup de main lorsque nécessaire. Développer ses compétences et son cheminement professionnel par un engagement permanent envers le perfectionnement – formation en classe, cours en ligne, conférences, lectures, TED Talks, mentorat, etc. Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel à toutes les étapes des interventions. Démontrer son professionnalisme en personne, par écrit et dans les médias sociaux (où le titulaire du poste est à l’aise pour interagir et contribuer à créer un public). Contribuer à élaborer et/ou à réviser les normes, la documentation et les méthodes de travail dans son domaine Faire des recommandations sur la façon d’améliorer l’efficacité et la prestation de services et de solutions techniques. Offrir des services-conseils spécialisés et du soutien aux partenaires internes et externes Effectuer des analyses coûts-avantages des clients existants et des clients potentiels afin d’assurer la rentabilité. Être à l’affût des besoins, des problèmes et de l’intérêt des clients, et des possibilités de ventes de nouveaux produits et services. Participer aux salons commerciaux et aux conférences afin de créer un réseau. Visiter les clients actuels et les clients potentiels au sein de la région – avec ou sans une équipe de ventes. Développer de nouvelles possibilités de ventes auprès des clients existants par l’entremise du réseautage et des partenaires internes. Donner suite aux possibilités de nouveaux clients par la sollicitation à froid.


Formation et expérience
 

Compétences en ventes, en communication, en relations clients et en gestion du temps Connaissance de la mécanique industrielle, de la soudure, de l’usinage, etc. (atout) Bon dossier de conducteur Compétences générales en informatique Fiabilité, sens de l’organisation et souci du détail Aptitude pour la mécanique et expérience de l’industrie

About You
You are self-motivated, creative and outgoing with a keen business sense, a high-risk tolerance, a strong will to learn and a desire to partner with others in a highly collaborative sales environment. Your experience and proven track record in sales, and in particular, selling services across a range of industries and technologies, means you can bring your big ideas to life for and with your team.
You’ve been described as a “hunter,” always on the lookout for the next opportunity to build your business. You’ll use your regional knowledge, industry familiarity, technical expertise and deep understanding of our capabilities (which we will help you build) to drive sales with new and existing customers. You’ll promote the technical services and solutions that will build your business within your area of expertise and, this is super cool, you might even develop new solutions.

Key Accountabilities

We’re looking for a results-driven Services Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customers. The successful candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer satisfaction levels and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Share your big ideas, learn from your mistakes, ask for help and lend a hand when needed Grow your skills and career through an ongoing commitment to development – training classes, online courses, conferences, reading, TED Talks, mentorship, etc. Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of your business Showcase your professionalism in person, in writing and on social media (where you are comfortable interacting and helping to build our following) Help develop and/or review standards, documentation and methods of working in your field Recommend how to improve the effectiveness and delivery of technical services and solutions Provide deep specialist consultancy, guidance and support to internal and external partners Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers to ensure profitability Monitor customer needs, problems, interests and potential for new products and services Attend tradeshows and conferences (etc.) to build network Visit current and prospective customers within your region – with or without a sales team Develop warm customer leads by networking with internal partners Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Education and Experience
 

Sales, communication, relationship and time management skills required Knowledge of industrial mechanics, welding, machining (etc.) preferred Good driving record required General computer skills required Reliability, organization and attention to detail required Mechanical aptitude and industry experience required
