Job Summary:
Responsible for developing workout programs and activities, training athletes and monitoring exercises in a gym facility.
Accountabilities: Assist or lead in the development of workout programs and activities for individual athletes and groups. Provide individual and group training to athletes. Provide assistance to athletes on proper exercise techniques. Monitor individuals in gym facility to ensure safety protocol is being followed. Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained by inspecting equipment.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Possess current certifications in Personal Training, Standard First Aid & CPR Level C.
Experience: Related personal training experience in a fitness facility is preferred.
