**Job Type**: Full-Time, In-Person
**Salary Range**:$60,000 - $80,000

The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and improving the landscape construction, sales, and marketing systems at Bienenstock Natural Playgrounds. This position will work directly with our Operations Manager and CFO.
**Responsibilities**:
- Examine and evaluate current systems
- Maximize use of current systems within the organization
- Identify system requirements and develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications
- Provide ongoing training to our staff
- Implement any future systems and more training to staff is use of system
- Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features
- Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
- Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
- Collaborate & Manage external IT team
- Train new users on systems and provide support as needed
- Stay up to date with with current technologies and technical development
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis, preferably in the landscape construction industry
- Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration
- Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages
- Excellent analytical skills
