What You’ll Do:
  • Customer Interaction: Be the go-to expert for customers, helping them choose the perfect parts for their vehicles while sharing your automotive passion and knowledge.
  • Order Management: Keep things running smoothly by managing parts inventory, placing orders, and ensuring parts arrive on time.
  • Technical Assistance: Support both customers and service technicians with technical advice and expertise that ensures the job gets done right.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Resolve issues with a smile, ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience and exactly what they need.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a dealership or as an Aftermarket Parts Advisor is a must.
  • Customer Service Skills: Stellar communication and people skills to build positive customer relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of automotive parts, functions, and compatibility – you know your stuff
  • Background Check: A clean record, including a successful background check.
  • Driver’s Abstract: A clean driver’s abstract is required.
  • Preferred: CDK experience is a plus.
