Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and sharing your automotive expertise? We're seeking a skilled Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team at Strickland's Stratford Toyota in Stratford, ON.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Provide expert guidance to customers, helping them select the perfect parts for their vehicles.
  • Order Management: Efficiently manage parts inventory, place orders, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Technical Assistance: Offer technical advice and support to customers and service technicians.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Resolve issues promptly and ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a dealership or as an Aftermarket Parts Advisor is essential.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of automotive parts, functions, and compatibility.
  • Background Check: A clean record, including a successful background check.
  • Driver's Abstract: A clean driver's abstract is required.
  • Preferred: CDK experience is a plus.
