Toothworks Richmond Adelaide Dental is located in the bustling concourse level of The Richmond-Adelaide Centre in Toronto’s Financial District. We are conveniently located near Union Station, King Station and St. Andrew Station.
Our practice is fully equipped to provide dental health services in a safe, friendly and professional atmosphere, including general dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, orthodontics, Invisalign, children’s services, Botox and much more

Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Build and execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice ensuring maximum productivity, operational excellence and develop strategies to increase organic patient growth.
Constantly review clinic environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to team.
Manage and oversee all compliance programs within the practice, while leading by example to ensure patient safety is a top priority.
Work in accordance with the practice’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and in compliance with applicable provincial legislation.
Lead, coach and motivate the team to improve productivity, engagement and retention of patients.
Drive the implementation of company programs, policies and procedures by supporting action plans and directly motivating the team to meet operational and company objectives.
Support recruitment efforts to interview dental professionals and assess for best fit.
Treatment Coordination:
Encourage patient acceptance of the dental treatment plan by meeting their needs, answering questions and creating value for the proposed treatment
Present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance
Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty
About You:
Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is required - periodontist/oral surgery experience an asset
Knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and ability to educate patients
Strong customer service experience
Detail oriented
