Responsabilités :

* Responsable de l'exécution de la stratégie de mise en marché pour un territoire de compte désigné, en étroite collaboration avec les groupes internes et externes
o À l'interne - Gestionnaires du siège social et des bureaux régionaux, la direction du siège central, analystes des activités, spécialistes en commercialisation, ressources du réseau de distribution et de Cisco Capital
o À l'externe - partenaires des canaux et réseaux de distribution, membres de l'écosystème et partenaires stratégiques de Cisco, associations professionnelles et sectorielles, sociétés commerciales privées et organismes professionnels publics
* Atteindre et surpasser l'objectif des ventes attribué de solutions comprenant les technologies de base et de pointe de Cisco, en tirant parti des ressources de son réseau de distribution
* Élaborer et présenter un plan d'affaires annuel pour le territoire ainsi que les rapports trimestriels
* Établir des prévisions hebdomadaires, mensuels et trimestriels, gestion étendue des dossiers de ventes potentielles
* S'intéresser aux tendances des marchés régionaux en s'assurant de les intégrer aux stratégies mises en œuvre et aux offres de solutions

Expertise, aptitudes et connaissances dans des domaines commerciaux et techniques connexes :

* Cinq à dix ans d'expérience dans notre secteur avec une expérience pertinente au sein des Systèmes Cisco ou d'une entreprise similaire de ventes et de commercialisation de technologies
* Facilité dans le démarchage de vente aux échelons supérieurs de direction
* Feuille de route émérite démontrant l'atteinte et le dépassement d'objectifs de vente ambitieux
* Un dossier faisant état de réussites constantes dans la vente et la mise en œuvre de solutions et de programmes, dans l'établissement de partenariats d'affaires et dans la création de relations solides à tous les échelons de l'entreprise
* Des aptitudes démontrées pour la collaboration et savoir travailler de manière efficace avec les différentes fonctions de l'entreprise
* De solides antécédents dans un vaste éventail de solutions de Cisco ainsi que la capacité de faire le lien entre la pertinence des activités et les technologies évoluées de Cisco

* Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, à la vente, aux exposés et à la mise en marché
* Personne autonome dotée d'un esprit d'initiative
* Dynamique et concentré sur la création d'un environnement de travail collaboratif
* Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en administration des affaires ou l'équivalent souhaité
