Nous recherchons un·e modélisateur·trice expérimenté·e pour rejoindre l'équipe de projet de Haven Entertainment Studios. Cette personne travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le·la directeur·trice artistique et les autres artistes pour créer des éléments convaincants et de haute qualité basés sur des concepts détaillés et des références photographiques.

Responsabilités et tâches
Construire des actifs 3D AAA individuels, des accessoires aux structures, y compris les textures et les matériaux dans le style artistique du jeu, sur la base de l'art conceptuel.
S'assurer que l'équilibre entre la qualité et la performance est maintenu tout au long du processus de conception des niveaux et des modèles. Résoudre les problèmes techniques et artistiques. Collaborer avec l'équipe artistique technique et les directeurs·trices techniques pour garantir l'intégration efficace des ressources dans le moteur du jeu.
Représenter et aligner l'équipe de modélisation interne.
-Définir les meilleures pratiques pour votre équipe et aider à définir le projet avec les différentes parties prenantes.
-Fournir des conseils et une orientation aux membres de votre équipe, en leur donnant des informations et des commentaires sur leur travail afin de les aider à s'aligner sur la vision artistique globale et à maintenir des normes de qualité.
-Aider les contributeurs·trices individuels·elles à décomposer leurs tâches en éléments gérables, en fournissant un soutien et des conseils si nécessaire pour assurer la clarté et l'efficacité de l'exécution.
-Collaborer avec le·la producteur·trice pour la planification des sprints et des jalons.
Assurer le suivi avec le·la partenaire d'externalisation pour maintenir un flux de production régulier.
-S'assurer que nous fournissons des demandes claires aux sous-traitants.
-Suivre les demandes et valider la qualité visuelle.
-Assurer le suivi de l'intégration des données reçues par votre équipe.
-Synchronisation hebdomadaire avec le·la partenaire d'externalisation et la direction artistique/technique.
Communiquer avec les autres départements pour comprendre leurs besoins et leurs exigences.
Collaborer avec les concepteurs·trices et d'autres domaines pour s'assurer que les niveaux et les ressources soutiennent le gameplay.
Communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe, la production et la direction pour s'assurer que les objectifs et les délais du projet sont respectés.
Créer une collaboration forte avec les différentes parties prenantes et être attentif·ve aux dépendances qui pourraient créer des blocages ou des défis.
Participer activement aux sessions de jeu internes afin de fournir et de mettre en œuvre un retour d'information pour améliorer les niveaux et les modèles.
Se tenir au courant des tendances de l'industrie et des nouvelles technologies et outils.
Expérience et compétences requises

Grandes aptitudes artistiques et excellent sens de l'interprétation des références et des concepts artistiques.
Compréhension des contraintes techniques dans le développement de jeux et capacité à les appliquer lors de la création d'éléments de jeu.
Bonne compréhension des flux de travail de création de niveaux et d'actifs, y compris la création d'objets de gameplay à l'aide de divers systèmes. Compréhension des meilleures pratiques de travail en termes de flux de pipeline et d'optimisation du jeu.
Excellente capacité à organiser et à hiérarchiser le travail de votre équipe.
Être à l'aise avec l'ambiguïté, faire preuve de flexibilité et d'adaptabilité tout au long des nombreuses étapes de la production.
Maîtrise des logiciels standards de l'industrie (ie : Blender, 3ds Max, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance, etc....).
Coaching et mentorat de l'équipe en ce qui concerne les meilleures pratiques.
Expérience dans la création d'actifs AAA dans un moteur de jeu en temps réel.

Qualifications souhaitées
Expérience avec Unreal Engine : Travail antérieur avec Unreal Engine.
Familiarité avec les logiciels : Familiarité avec Blender, Photoshop, Substance Suite, Houdini, Gaea, SpeedTree ou tout autre logiciel standard de l'industrie.
Connaissance du gameplay et du level design : Compréhension des principes de conception de jeux et de niveaux.
Jeux en tant que service : Compréhension des considérations techniques et des meilleures pratiques pour les jeux en tant que service.
Position – Lead Modeler
We are looking for an experienced Lead modeler to join the Haven Entertainment Studios project team. The Lead modeler will work closely with the Art Director and other artists to create compelling, high quality assets based on detailed concepts and photo references.
Reporting
The Lead modeler will report to the Senior Producer.
Responsibilities and Duties
Build individual AAA 3D assets, from props to structures, including textures and materials in the game's art style based on concept art.
Ensure that the balance between quality and performance is maintained throughout the level and model design process. Troubleshoot technical and artistic issues. Collaborate with the technical art team and technical directors to ensure assets are efficiently integrated into the game engine.
Represent and align the in-house modeling team.
Define the best practices for your team and help define the project alongside the different stakeowners.
Provide guidance and direction to the members of your team, offering insight and feedback on their work to help them align with the overall artistic vision and maintain quality standards.
Assist individual contributors in breaking down their tasks into manageable components, providing support and guidance as needed to ensure clarity and efficiency in execution
Collaborate with Producer for Sprint Planning & Milestone Planning
Follow up with the outsourcing partner to maintain a steady flow of production.
Ensure we provide clear requests to the outsourcers
Track requests and validate the visual quality.
Follow up with the integration of received data by your team.
Weekly sync with outsourcing partner and art/technical direction.
Communicate with other departments to understand their needs and requirements.
Collaborate with Designers and other domains, to ensure levels and assets support the gameplay.
Communicate effectively with team members, production and management to ensure that project goals and deadlines are met.
Create a strong collaboration with the different stakeholders and be mindful of dependencies that might create blockers or challenges.
Actively partake in internal play sessions to provide and implement feedback for improving levels and models.
Keep up to date with industry trends and new technologies and tools.
Experience and Skills Required

Great artistic abilities and an excellent eye for interpreting reference and concept art.
Understanding of the technical constraints in game development and the ability to apply them when creating game assets.
Have a strong understanding of level art and asset creation workflows, including the creation of gameplay objects using various systems. Understanding of best working practices in terms of pipeline flow and game optimization.
Excellent ability to organize and prioritize the work of your team.
Comfortable with ambiguity, displaying flexibility and adaptability through the many stages of production.
Deep mastery of industry standard softwares (ie: Blender, 3ds Max, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance, etc.…)
Coaching & Mentorship of the team regarding best practices.
Experience in AAA asset creation in a real-time game engine.
Ability to accept feedback and adapt to change.
Resourcefulness in problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications
