Duties of a Prep Cook include:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to corporate specifications
  • Maintain food quality
  • Handle food while maintaining sanitation standards
  • Daily cleaning and upkeep of work environment
  • Setting & restocking service stations

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Hours and shifts may vary. Includes working evenings, weekends and holidays.


Wage negotiable, based on experience

Minimum of 1 years' experience in a professional kitchen * Food Safe, Level 1 * First Aid Level 1, preferred but not mandatory * Ability to multi-task * Strong communication skills * Strong organizational skills * Can work independently and with a team
