Our client, one of Canada’s most admired and trusted companies with world-class owned brands and exciting market-leading merchandising strategies, is actively seeking an IT Audit Portfolio Manager (Infrastructure/Cyber Audit) to augment their Internal Audit Services Team.

In this role, you will report directly to the Vice President, IT Audit, and take accountability for the execution of the technology portfolio through a mix of audit assurance, project reviews, and risk advisory work. Your primary mission is to ensure that all IT activities align with the Company's risk tolerance and strategic objectives. You will manage and report on a multitude of simultaneous audit engagements, directly contributing to enhancing the overall risk/control environment.

 

This exceptional opportunity is in Midtown Toronto (accessible via the TTC) and calls for at least two in-office days per week; a slightly higher frequency may be required during the onboarding and training phase.

About You:

You are a team-oriented professional with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Boasting an exceptional eye for detail, you initiate tasks independently and ensure they are completed efficiently. Your Key Qualifications:

·        University degree as well as CISA or CISSP or equivalent certifications are required.

·        7+ years of IT audit or information technology experience with focus on cybersecurity or risk management.

·        Solid working knowledge and application of IT, cybersecurity, and service organization reporting control frameworks, specifically COBIT, NIST, and SOC (1 and 2).

·        Strong technical knowledge of various IT infrastructure and network components such as operating system (Windows, Linux), databases (Oracle), and network platforms.

·        Knowledgeable and experience in areas such as network security architecture, identity and access, threat and vulnerability, systems development security, data loss prevention, and endpoint protection.

·        Knowledge and experience of various security tools (IDAM, Vulnerability Assessment, EDR, SIEM etc.)

·        Strong understanding of public cloud networking and network security controls on platforms such as Azure, GCP, AWS.

·        Excellent relationship management, time management, organization, planning, and process mapping skills.
