Location: Vancouver, Canada

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: $4,120 - $5,120 per month

Junior Account Representative Overview: As a Junior Account Representative at Seronda Networks, you will be an essential part of our client relationship team.
Your role will involve managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our clients' needs to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of account management strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on account performance and client feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in account management or customer service is advantageous.
