Therole of the Supporter LiaisonAssistant

The SupporterLiaison Assistant will provide valuable support to the FanEngagement & Supporter Liaison Officer as well as the widerCorporate Affairs team. A superorganised individual this personwill help to plan and deliver both matchday and nonmatchdaystaffing and events and be a point of contact for all supportersattending the Gtech Community Stadium. This role will involve someevening and matchday work and the majority of the time will bespent at one of our sites.

MainAccountabilities

  • Supportthe team to respond to fanrelated enquiries in the SupporterServices and Accessibility inboxes.
  • Be areachable point of contact for supporters resolving queriesmanaging issues and handlingcomplaints.
  • Support working groups and otherfan group meetings to improve the dialogue between the club andfans and build positive relationships with thesegroups.
  • Support the Fan and Community Relationsteam on matchdays to ensure we deliver a welcoming environment forall fans.
  • Help with matchday activities such asfan parking away coach travel and support for fans with additionalsupport needs.
  • Follow safeguarding protocols inthe set up and ongoing management of the matchday operationescalating any issues to line management and the Safeguarding teamas appropriate.
  • Ensure there is high qualitytimely communication with colleagues from visiting teams for allsupporterrelated information.
  • Provideadministrative support to members of the Fan and CommunityRelations team as required.
  • Support other Fanand Community Relations team projects and activities as requiredincluding fan events and matchdays throughout theseason.
