What We're Looking For:
We are seeking someone with over five years of industry experience, along with strong client relationships they can leverage. The right candidate will have the opportunity to share in our profits and enjoy uncapped earning potential. We are looking for a partner who can grow with us and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Development: Identify new business opportunities by understanding potential clients' staffing needs.
  • Deal Closing: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing contracts and establishing partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring long-term success.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with our growth objectives.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends to position us as a leader in the staffing sector.

Qualifications:
  • Proven Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the temporary staffing industry or related field.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full-Time Availability: Ability to work in-office and collaborate with the team.
  • Results-Oriented: A passion for meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
