Baker Tilly Windsor is looking for a dynamic member to join the Internal Client Service team with our firm for an 8–12-week summer contract. With a new office located in the heart of Walkerville, we can offer a unique space to come in every day. We have a great team who works hard and plays hard. We’ve thrown axes at the boss (okay, at a picture of the boss), enjoyed wine tours as a group and even spent a day at a watch factory. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Performing market analysis and research on the latest trends. Assisting with daily administrative duties. Completing data analysis and entry Designing and presenting new social media campaign ideas. Review and update of marketing database. Preparing detailed promotional presentations. Helping with the planning and hosting of marketing events. Researching and evaluating competitor marketing and digital content. Contributing to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.

A successful candidate will have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of marketing principles and techniques Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Experience with market research and data analysis Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges Previous internship or relevant coursework in marketing, advertising, or related fields
