About the role

Branch Location: King Street West, Sherbrooke

As a Premium Banker, you will help customers achieve their financial ambitions. You will work within a customer facing capacity in branch, generating revenue growth by meeting and exceeding customer needs, and maximising opportunities across all customer segments.

Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing efficient and professional customer service
- Develop existing customer relationships through active management of portfolios, ensuring solutions continually meet customer’s needs
- Attract new customers through referrals, promoting products and service offerings that match their financial needs
- Support banking transactions and handle cash, as required, and sponsor digital engagement where appropriate
- Align with HSBC governing regulations and procedures
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for HSBC Bank Canada, delivering exceptional customer experiences

Requirements
- 2 years of proven experience in a customer facing role in the banking industry
- Genuine and in-depth curiosity about current financial market and economy
- Sound knowledge of digital banking and technical skills in wealth management
- Passion and pride for continuously delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Second language is an asset

Licencing/Accreditations
- Mutual Fund Licensing achieved (or willing to acquire with HSBC support) via the Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
- Institute of Canadian Broker certificate of achievement - Advanced Personal Finance (Quebec only)
