Kelly Services is working with a local bakery in search for Production Operators. This is an excellent temporary to permanent opportunity.  These positions require you to have Production Operating experience for a minimum of 1-year. You can build your skills in a state-of-the-art bakery and get a full-time position.

This opportunity is in a safe, clean, environment. If you have a positive attitude, keen listening skills, a solid technical ability and a willingness to learn we are looking for you.
Must be able to work a 12 hour Rotating shifts including days nights and every other weekend.
Set up, operate, and monitor high speed continuous donut / bread production line. You will communicate effectively, organize effectively, with varying degrees of independence, judgment, and discretion.

What you will be doing:
  • Operation of high-speed continuous donut / bread / pastry production line
  • Liaise with appropriate staff throughout the shift to ensure continuous process and quality standards
  • Keeping a working stock of raw materials always required online
  • Operate and monitor machinery which palletizes finished products as required
  • Data entry of inventory data into warehouse management system as required
  •  Maintain the required hygiene, safety, and quality standards on the production floor
  • Other duties as required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
What you need:
  • 1 year experience operating machinery in consumer goods industry
  • Must have strong mechanical background
  • Clear criminal record is required. (We process and pay for the criminal checks)
