As our Finance Administrator, you'll play an integral role in collaborating with our sales team and lender partners to seek out and complete opportunities which promote increased sales and market share while helping provide increase revenue on a per deal basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you are a key resource to the end customer as well as the Sales consultant and Branch Finance Experience.

  • Communication.  You will be the hub of the finance deal – taking the lead from the Finance Manager and communicating clearly with lenders, customers and our sales teams.  All stakeholders will have current information to alleviate any surprises along the way.
  • Problem Solver.  Continuous focus for solving finance challenges is required.  When dealing with multiple locations and many personalities you will need to be a good listener, a clear communicator and at times you will need strong conflict resolution skills.  You will accept issues as they occur, and you will display high levels of energy and confidence while developing creative solutions for all stakeholders.  You model integrity by taking responsibility for your actions.
  • Diligence.  We have adopted best practices when developing our systems and procedures and you will become a champion for consistently staying in the lines while continuing to evolve and streamline the finance and follow up processes.  This is a detail-oriented position and you have already developed personal systems for organizing your work, ensuring you follow up, and you are a stickler for accuracy.
  • Experience.  You are comfortable learning new software programs, and you have strong Excel skills – a definite pre-requisite for this position.  You also have some experience with finance, lending, credit and the documentation required for these processes.  Throughout your career you have also developed the confidence to follow up with the end client and lending partners, and you are able to produce business quality correspondence, reporting and presentation materials.
