Your Role

As a Project Manager in the healthcare sector, you will be at the forefront of delivering excellence, ensuring your projects not only meet but exceed client expectations. You’ll oversee a number of healthcare projects, expertly balancing technical and financial outcomes, while partnering with clients to deliver innovative, patient-centered solutions that align with their strategic goals.

In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering essential components such as regulatory compliance frameworks, patient-centered design strategies, clinical workflow integration, risk mitigation protocols, and data-driven decision-making processes. Your expertise will ensure the successful execution of value-based, outcome-driven healthcare facilities that promote operational efficiency and enhance patient care.

As a key member of our team of motivated project managers, you will play a pivotal role in making a lasting impact on the communities we serve. By collaborating with local community leaders, you'll help deliver world-class healthcare facilities. We have several high-impact healthcare projects underway, with more on the horizon.

Responsibilities

Champion and personify our values and culture Develop strong and lasting client relationships Act as the client’s single point of contact throughout the project to achieve the client’s goals and objectives, which includes contract management Lead clients through the set-up, initiation, execution, monitoring and reporting of their projects Proactively manage projects, anticipating client needs, in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

A university degree or diploma in engineering or architecture (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience). 3 - 5 years’ experience in project coordination and management, experience with capital and maintenance programs is preferred but not required. Experience building and nurturing long-term client relationships and working collaboratively. Note that previous roles inside an organization delivering projects for another department is considered comparable. Group facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional industry credentials such as PMP, ., CET, or similar industry-recognized designation is considered an asset. The ability to project and maintain a positive outlook, demonstrate an energetic disposition, and empower members to achieve project delivery.
