We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of SAP projects and solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP implementation and management, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within budget and on schedule. The SAP Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading project teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP projects from initiation through to completion.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions that meet their needs. Manage project teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and other resources, to ensure successful project delivery. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and managing risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing client relationships and expectations throughout the project. Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, methodologies, and standards in all project deliverables. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within SAP project delivery processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience managing SAP projects, with a minimum of years of experience in SAP implementation and delivery. Strong knowledge of SAP modules, including but not limited to SAP S/HANA,Knowledge of SAP BTPis an asset Experience leading project teams and managing client relationships in a consulting or professional services environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, project teams, and senior management. Solid understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach. SAP certification(s) an asset. Bilingual French/English

Gestionnaire de livraison SAP

Nous recherchons un(e) gestionnaire expérimenté(e) et compétent(e) en livraison SAP pour superviser la réussite des projets et solutions SAP à destination de nos clients. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience dans la mise en œuvre et la gestion SAP, avec un accent sur la fourniture de solutions de haute qualité dans les délais et le budget prévus. Le/la responsable de la livraison SAP sera chargé(e) de diriger les équipes de projet, de gérer les relations avec les clients et de garantir la réussite des projets SAP, de leur initiation à leur achèvement.

Responsabilités :

Diriger la planification, l'exécution et la livraison des projets SAP, en veillant au respect des délais, des budgets et des normes de qualité. Collaborer avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins métier et les traduire en solutions SAP répondant à leurs besoins. Gérer les équipes de projet, y compris les consultants SAP, les développeurs et autres ressources, pour garantir la réussite de la livraison des projets. Fournir un leadership et des conseils aux membres de l'équipe de projet, favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et performant. Développer et maintenir des plans de projet, des calendriers et des budgets, suivre les progrès et gérer les risques et les problèmes tout au long du cycle de vie du projet. Agir en tant que principal interlocuteur pour les clients, gérer les relations avec les clients et leurs attentes tout au long du projet. Communiquer l'état d'avancement du projet, les mises à jour et les problèmes aux parties prenantes, y compris les clients, les équipes de projet et la direction. Veiller au respect des meilleures pratiques, des méthodologies et des normes SAP dans toutes les livraisons de projet. Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et d'optimisation au sein des processus de livraison de projet SAP.

Exigences :

Diplôme universitaire en informatique, systèmes d'information, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe ; un diplôme de maîtrise est préférable. Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets SAP, avec un minimum de ans d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre et la livraison SAP. Solide connaissance des modules SAP, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, SAP S/HANA, connaissance de SAP BTP est un atout. Expérience dans la direction d'équipes de projet et la gestion des relations clients dans un environnement de conseil ou de services professionnels. Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d'interagir efficacement avec les clients, les équipes de projet et la direction. Compréhension solide des méthodologies de gestion de projet, telles que Agile, Waterfall, ou une approche hybride. Bilingue français / anglais Certification(s) SAP un atout.
