We provide a comprehensive range of metal cutting tooling and tool regrind services to all major manufacturing sectors including Oil and Gas, Aerospace and Automotive. Acquired by Rubix in PCS now form part of Rubix Cutting & Machining along with Matrix Tooling and West Country Tools.
We are looking for an entry-level individual to join the Finance team. This will be a perfect opportunity for someone looking to start a career in finance or ease their way back into finance work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day book-keeping using K8 including entering and producing invoices
- Manage bank payments and receipts, including foreign currency payments
- Maintain an accurate monthly trial balance
- Administrative duties
- Assisting finance manager with annual audit as required
Skills and Experience:
· K8 Accounting - not essential, but preferable
· Knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook and Excel including pivot tables essential, Word and Teams preferable)

· Able to multi-task, juggle competing priorities, and work independently under tight deadlines

This qualification is 12 months in duration and provides apprentices with a strong foundational knowledge of accountancy and finance. Alongside this, learners will gain transferrable skills to work across a broad range of business environments as well as enhancing their sector-specific development potential.
