Our Kingsville Headquarters is currently seeking a Communications Specialist to join our Marketing. The essential function of this position is managing internal & external communications and social media programs to enhance the SUNSET brand and build our profile. This position will also lead all processes for internal brand management.

Primary Responsibilities:
Leads and manages the organization's communications planning and relationships with Trade media Collaborates with a cross-functional team to develop and execute the communications plan, including brand management, graphic designers, HR, merchandising, philanthropy and events teams Writes and edits all internal and external content, including company newsletters, trade communications, media releases, website and communications Manages all Communications projects, such as newsletters, calendars, and other brand collateral Supports and attends trade showsPosition Requirements:
Post-secondary degree required, preferably in the fields of Communications, Journalism or Marketing 5 years’ experience in a Communications or Content Creation role Excellent writer and strong ability to edit and proofread Strong project management and analytical skills with a focus on results; a keen eye for detail Must be a team player that can work autonomously, recognizing resources and meeting deadlinesPlease note: Mastronardi Produce has accommodation processes and policies in place and provides accommodation for employees with disabilities.
