Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team at our Kingsville Headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, social media programs, and internal brand management to enhance the SUNSET brand and build our profile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan, including brand management, trade media relations, and content creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Write and edit internal and external content, including company newsletters, trade communications, media releases, and website content.
  • Manage communications projects, such as newsletters, calendars, and brand collateral.
  • Support trade shows and events.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
  • 5 years of experience in a Communications or Content Creation role.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with a focus on results.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
