Position Description Summary The Data Controller will be responsible for the evaluation and production of data reports. They will also play a small role in the administration of inputting new employee data and employee related timekeeping reports. Principal Accountabilities Setting up new employees in the scheduling system Creating employee profiles and assisting Supervisors in reporting Reconciling invoices from employment agencies with actually staffing Coordinating with our client in reconciling and verifying distribution entries, damage logs, and POs Working in collaboration with our client’s finance team Collaborating with our client when identifying distribution errors and finding mutual solutions Liaise with internal departments and clients Data entry of customer information Knowledge and Skills Minimum two years’ experience in a warehouse environment GMP trained Strong skills in Microsoft Office – proficient in Excel Strong communication skills both written and verbal Excellent problem solving and time management skills Detail oriented and excellent time management with the ability to multitask Excellent knowledge of overall warehousing process-
