About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and measuring the profit and loss (P&L) for our vendor line. Responsible for forecasting, inventory analysis, and vendor relationship management. Identifies and understand the Vendor’s needs and strategic objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing market data to identify trends and business growth opportunities.

What you'll do
  • Monitors and measures P&L for vendor line and makes recommendations for improvement by continuously monitor and evaluate the financial performance of the vendor line.
  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding monthly revenues, Net Gross Margin % and Net Gross Margin dollars.
  • May make recommendations for operational improvement and revenue growth potential.
  • Prepares and analyzes forecasts and inventory by developing accurate and comprehensive forecasts for vendor products or services.
  • Serves as an operational escalation point for vendor lines.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves operational challenges or bottlenecks.
  • Collaborates with sales representatives to develop effective strategies for promoting vendor products.
  • Assists with customer inquiries, pricing, and negotiations related to vendor offerings.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with vendors at an intermediate level.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to negotiate terms, resolve disputes, and maintain positive partnerships.
  • Analyzes market data to identify trends and opportunities by creating report and presentations. Conduct basic market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape

Primary role will be to assist with coordinating services projects with services provider, customer, and end client.

  • Manage the project from kick off through completion.
  • Responsible for communicating project progress and timely updates to all stakeholders. 
  • Ensure engineers and technicians arrive on time and are performing the work to TD SYNNEX standards.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost to meet customers’ requirements as requested.
  • Close project out and provide deliverables and invoice to customer.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or a related field.

  • Management Interaction: Skilled in interacting effectively with higher levels of management, including managers and executives.

  • Confidentiality: Able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.

  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual in French and English.
