Votre nouveau rôle

En tant que spécialiste AR, votre objectif principal sera d'assurer les revenus en veillant au traitement précis des factures, en résolvant les écarts et en gérant les recouvrements en temps opportun. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les clients et les équipes internes pour maintenir des relations solides et optimiser les flux de trésorerie. Vous garantirez un traitement des paiements rapide et précis, sécuriserez les revenus et optimiserez l'efficacité globale de nos opérations de comptes clients. Votre souci du détail et vos compétences en résolution de problèmes contribueront directement à notre santé financière et à la satisfaction de nos clients. Ce poste est à distance et ouvert aux candidats de partout au Canada.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir

Pour exceller dans ce rôle, vous aurez besoin d'un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en comptes clients. D'excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français (écrit et oral) sont REQUISES. Votre attention méticuleuse aux détails sera essentielle pour assurer l'exactitude des factures, des paiements et des rapprochements de comptes. La maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) et l'expérience d'un logiciel de comptabilité/ERP seront essentielles pour gérer les tâches quotidiennes. De plus, une expérience des activités de recouvrement et une compréhension des principes comptables seront des atouts importants.

Bilingual AR Specialist (Remote)

Your new role
As an AR Specialist, your primary focus will be on securing revenue by ensuring accurate invoice processing, resolving discrepancies, and managing timely collections. You'll collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to maintain strong account relationships and optimize cash flow. You'll ensure timely and accurate payment processing, secure revenue, and optimize the overall efficiency of our accounts receivable operations. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to our financial health and customer satisfaction. This position is remote and open to candidates from anywhere in Canada.

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable. Excellent communication skills in both English and French (written and verbal) are REQUIRED. Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential for ensuring accuracy in invoices, payments, and account reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with accounting/ERP software will be key to managing daily tasks. Additionally, experience with collections activities and an understanding of accounting principles will be significant assets.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal and credit background check.

What’s In It for You?
We are proud to offer a competitive salary for this role in the range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal equity.
