Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for software systems and processes.

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of software systems to meet business requirements.

Conduct functional testing to ensure software solutions are implemented correctly and perform as expected.

Support end-users by providing training and assistance during system implementations and upgrades.

Collaborate with development teams to define technical specifications based on functional requirements.

Assist in the creation of functional design documents, process flow diagrams, and user manuals.

Participate in system integration testing and support the resolution of any functional issues that arise.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in functional analysis and relevant software applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Junior Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.

Strong team player.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development teams.

Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools.

Ability to quickly learn new software applications and functional domains.

Proficient in documenting requirements using standard techniques (use cases, user stories, etc.).

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

A passion for technology and its ability to improve business processes.

Must be fluently bilingual in French and English.
