The Client Management Solutions Department is responsible for carrying out CRM IT projects (Dynamics). This multi-year program involving many business units is aimed at implementing an integrated CRM solution for all frontline employees. As a functional analyst, you actively participate in developing highly complex, large-scale business solutions. You lead and serve as a specialist for the continuous delivery, maintenance and updating of solutions. You lead your team and regularly collaborate with other teams. As a team player, you demonstrate open-mindedness towards agile approaches, which also means versatility and a desire to contribute to all the work the team does.

More specifically, you will be required to:

  1. Support the team on analyzing business solutions and make improvements to speed up delivery.
  2. Collaborate, as a specialist, on the feasibility or detailed design of the solution.
  3. Cocreate with business partners to define needs and manage backlogs.
  4. Work with the product owner and project team to define functional specifications and exceptions.
  5. Advise and guide the development team and product owner by recommending different functional alternatives aligned with the architecture.
  6. Help define and guide scopes (stories, releases, sprints, projects, tests).
  7. Work with the architect to develop functional testing strategies.
  8. Produce or update required documentation.
  9. Monitor development technologies and practices and serve as a mentor for the development team in terms of technology and methods.

What you bring to the table:

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  2. A minimum of six years of relevant experience ascertaining the needs of business sectors and drafting functional specifications.
  3. Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
  4. Experience working in an Agile, squad-based and DevOps environment.
  5. Experience working on large-scale projects in a regulatory environment.
  6. Knowledge of French required.
  7. Knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence and Zephyr).
  8. Knowledge of software quality assurance.
  9. Knowledge of Dynamics 365.
  10. Knowledge of DevOps on Azure.
